Return & Refund Policy

Our Do-It-Right Guarantee ensures a smooth process:

If your order has items that differ significantly from your final design or are on the wrong products, we’ll either remake the incorrect items or provide a full or partial refund based on your preference. If we attempt to correct the issue and can’t, we’ll issue a refund for those items. Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. The entire return and refund process may take up to 16 business days from the date the order is delivered.

If the return is due to customer preference (wrong size, change of mind), a $20 return shipping fee will apply.

If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover all return shipping costs.


**Cancellations**:
Since our items are custom-made just for you, a $10 customization fee is included for each item. If you want to cancel your order, please email us with your order number and the reason for the cancellation, and we will cancel it if production hasn’t started.

Keep in mind that production begins immediately after you place your order. If you need to cancel after production has started, $10 cancellation fee to cover customization and processing costs.

Refunds will be issued for the original amount paid, minus shipping fees and any discounts on personalized items, except in cases of incorrect shipments. After we process your return, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, and it may take another billing cycle for the funds to show on your statement.

**Disclaimers**:
Customers may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving their order. 

Because our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns for items that are customized unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. This policy applies to all altered items. We encourage customers to review this policy carefully before purchasing for modification and resale.
